3DPO and Major Backache any thoughts??

Hi Everyone, I havent posted in a few days just been down. well.. I went in for CD21 testing which I actually didn't test for Progesterone until CD23 because of Family issues ( death in the family) and on that same day I did get a Smiley on a CB digital and FR digital. I was still recieving a POS opk. I got Cross hairs today and FF says I am 3DPO. What I am thinking is that again, the OBGYN tested early as I ovulated late for some reason. Last month I ovulated CD17 and this month CD23. So in essence, since I got a POS opk on CD23 ( which was ovulation day for me) do you think By the time they drew my blood I still had not ovulated yet?? I was on CLOMID 150 MG and Metformin 1500mg. I am also having SEVERE back pain and have had it now for 2 days in row. And I have read tickers that said most common symptom at 3DPO for Pregnancy is backache. What do you think?? Any thoughts?? Is it possible that they pulled my progesterone levels too early??? This was my last trial of Clomid and I am not feeling too positive about it. I will post my chart as well.. Thanks

Hi I'm 3dpo too, I usually have slight lower back pain all month although today my lower back is as sore as if af has started and I have mild cramps too fx it is a good sign for #2 for both of us! (#1 was so easy compared to this!)

I just can't remember when I was pregnant with my first one. I have had really bad back pain. I ovulated late too I just dont feel good about this month !!FX

I don't think I really thought that much about it with our son, I do remember having slight cramps at about 6 weeks (mil passed away suddenly which is why i suppose it sticks in my head) but nothing else until the sickness kicked in!
You never know and it's still early days so fx and baby dust!
