I am TTC and I am having sharp spasm and pulsating pain in what seems to be my right ovary. It started yesterday and I am 4dpo. I am trying not to take any meds bc I am not sure what this is. I have stayed in bed mist of the day and I feel nauseated. I have never experienced this before. Could this be a sign of pregnancy? Or Should I go to the ER?

At 4 dpo, it's *possible* for implantation to be taking place (it'd be really early, but it's possible)....but, I've never heard of implantation cramping being that severe - not enough to be keeping you in bed and making you consider the ER.

If it's so severe that you're wanting medical intervention, then I would go to the ER.

Thank you... it has died down now and its not as bad. Just trying to not stress and hope a good night of sleep will help.

Is this your first month ttc? Were you on bcp? I finished my bcp feb. 8th and this month I have been feeling everything going on down there especially during O. Those cramps and pains about killed me. They tapered off at about 4dpo and now it's just the waiting game. Fx for both of us!
