Hey everyone! New here! My hubby and I have been ttc for several months now- I've been actually battling with my thyroid and working w my Doc to get my levels in a good range for pregnancy (not just GETTING pregnant but STAYING pregnant. 
Anyway, this is the 1st month where my hormone levels are in that perfect range so the Mr. and I were very faithful this cycle to "hitting our marks" lol.
It's 4dpo for me and along with a MAJOR temp spike, I'm experiencing a low sharp (although not intense) and localized pinching in my abdomen... Just above pelvic bone. Kind of near the front and I can almost pinpoint the exact location if I had to. The pain came immediately when I sat down to pee. UGH! Hating this tww!!!!!!!!
Can anyone out there sympathies with these symptoms? All advice is very appreciated! So excited to be a Mommy.
