My cervix is high firm and only a little open. I'm also having quite a bit of creamy white CM. Does this sound like good news?

4dpo is a little too early to tell since conception doesn't really happen until 6 to 12dpo. Going by the position and feel of your cervix is not a particularly reliable way to tell either. Mine didn't feel any different than last month and after SEVERAL tests, I am definitely pregnant this month.
