(also posted in baby club as I am desperate for some help/advice...
Hi ladies,
My little girl still has severe wind and is over 4 months old, people keep saying 'at 3 months it will all get better' when it doesnt they say 'when she is 4 months it will all get better' but it isn't, it is getting worse if anything, I'm going mad, not to mention the pain she is in!!
I burp her every ounce and get at least one burp, i fed her 2.5 hours ago and she is still in pain with it bringing up burps and farting both causing her distress!! I haven't counted how many burps she has had on this last feed, but her bedtime bottle last night she had 5oz and had 11 burps, when she woke in the night to feed she was still farting, surely this isn't right!?!?!?!
She brings up burps really well during and after feeding, but there is just constant wind from one feed to another...
Can anyone help?
(P.S. she is on neocate for a milk allergy, we use Infacol and gripe water, have tried everything else and these seem to work best for her)
My poor son is getting so neglected.
Sorry for the long moan, hope someone is able to offer some advice
