4 weeks pregnant anyone?

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this forum. I joined it because I'm going crazy feeling I'm in limbo because I'm far too superstitious to tell anyone I'm pregnant because I'm only 4 weeks + 5 days. I haven't started feeling any symptoms yet but I've taken two positive HPTs.

Is there anyone else out there who is barely pregnant like me? I took a pregnancy test on Monday morning (2 days before period due) with a super strong positive. (Very bright line). Did anyone else experience? I think it's so strange to have such a bright line so early and I kept recounting to see if I miscounted my cycle but I didn't. With my first son, I had a faint line. I had a faint line around this time a couple of months ago but it turned out to be a chemical pregnancy. Very disappointing and probably the reason I'm not quite latching on to the idea that I'm pregnant yet!

I thought the darker the line the stronger your hcg levels were? So it can only be a good thing.

This is horrendously hypocritical of me but try not to worry (yeah course) don't sweat the small stuff. Xxx

I too had a dark line on my test (15 dpo). Its a good sign! I saw the doctor yesterday and made my first midwife appointment for 3 weeks from now.

It is odd, I don't feel any different apart from missed AF and the positive tests! Im enjoying my lack of symptoms while it lasts

Good to hear from others out there! 12 weeks does seem a really long time away! I haven't even gotten a blood test yet. My doctor has a policy that he doesn't see anyone until they are 8 weeks along. I'm thinking about going to a drop in clinic to get the blood test done to confirm. I'm pretty sure that 2 hpts and a missed period can't lie though! Gosh, I haven't even begun to think about prenatal care! I guess we should just enjoy and not worry about potential problems! Have any of your guys told anyone yet?

Hiya I'm also 4 weeks and 5 days I started testing very early and got very faint lines but I tested wen AF was due and got a very strong line so that's normal just means ur hcg levels are getting higher. I don't feel any different either just slightly sore boobs and nipples and get quite tired for an hour or two through the day.... Try not to worry a strong positive is a good sign symptoms will prob hit us in a cpl of weeks so enjoy feeling good while it lasts xxx

I'm 4 weeks, 5 days... Except I've got nausea and exhaustion to the max. This is my first, and I can't manage to do much of anything. My spouse and I have told our families, but I'm being so paranoid about any different feeling. lol... I see the OB in 12 days, and I can't wait!!! Happy & healthy 9 months, all!

My main symptoms are exhausted all the time, nausea (this comes and goes) irritable, very emotional and food aversions.

hello ladies.

today i found out im pregnant and was just looking at first tri forum. not sure if it is too early to post. im only 11 dpo lol but hey im pregnant..

it would be good to have some bump buddies, someone we can lean on.

i have 2 children already a boy who is 8 and a girl who is 5 so 6 years ago i was last pregnant and its soooooo changed. my doctor dont want to see me until 10 weeks???

i found out 100% today i am preggo...if going by my lmp i should be 7 weeks 1 day but i am going by when i ovulated (well temp shifted) so i am 4 weks 6 days....Approx...i am 19dpo and getting faint lines since 10dpo....had spotting on sunday (15dpo) which i though was af....but carried on testing and at 17dpo tested wi a cb digi and it was negative...tested this morning cb digi 19dpo and PREGGO!!!! yay...

Hi ladies, I believe I'm about 5 weeks + 2 days along, 3 positive tests at home and blood work yesterday with no results in yet. We have been TTC for 3.5 years and this came as such a suprise on Friday night! Having a hard time believing it's true, no major symptoms yet, a little tired, a little sore, minor lower abdominal cramping. Anyhow, other first timers out there? It's so exciting but scary at the same time. It's a feeling I can't quite describe, but I'm sure y'all understand. Can't wait for the first scan.

:wave: I'm 4 +2 too! I'm considering myself a little bit pregnant at the moment... I'm going to keep testing till my line is suitably dark lol

So far I have metal mouth quite a bit, I'm not really hungry at all, I've been going to bed earlier or I fall asleep on the settee, and I have slight cramps, they're like somewhere between cramps and the stitch you get from running.....

Hi girls, im around 4 weeks, just had my bloodwork done today and my HCG levels are 386 which i think is good! yaayyy! ive had slight cramping on and off, backache and my feet have been soooo cold lately, other than that im fine n dandy! Got my first scan on 10th June, i'll be 8 weeks, having an early scan as had 2 m/c's at around 5 weeks so they keeping a close eye on me.....im nervous but excited as i think this maybe my sticky bean.....feels so different this time around, hope you all okay.....xxxxx

Congrats to those with new BFP's, i got mine a week ago now (9dpo) and it feels like ages ago! lol! Oh its such a lovely feeling isnt it, the best in the world

Hi everyone, im so glad i found this thread!!
Im new to all this, i only found out on tuesday that i am pregnant as i missed my period on monday. i still cant believe its true. i did 2 tests to make sure and the + s were very strong blue. i still think there must be a mistake tho and thinking about doing another one! lol. my boobs are killing me and still no period so i can pretty much say i am.

so i will be 4 weeks coz my last period was thursday 14th april. my mum thinks ill only be 2 weeks but am i right?

ahh this is all so scary, i wasnt trying for a baby and it just kind of happened. im getting married in september and am moving to germany as my fella is in the army. gonna be a very stressful time so i hope everything works out ok. i keep thinking i dont feel pregnant and should i be feeling more.

got my midwife appt on monday. really want to tell everyone but gonna have to try and keep it quiet. a handful of people know and they are all very excited. im the most impatient person ever so i hope this 9 months goes really quickly!! x

If you have a 28 day cycle you'll be exactly 4 weeks today. But that also depends on ov date. If I were you I'd stick to 4 weeks for now.
Your symptoms sound good as well
