40 Weeks Documentary

Has anyone heard of this documentary? It is premiering in November. I am excited to see it and like watching all things fertility/pregnancy/baby (see my link to thread in my sig for lots of online shows/movies). I have been trying to find a trailer but there doesn't seem to be one.
