what it feels like to me is like i am going to start my period. Similar to light labor pains u know the feeling like your gonna start your period but your pregnant? That is how it feels to me but lighter. I am feeling that right now and I am on CD7 cramping. opk was negative with the 2nd line somewhat dark. I wonder if i will ov tomorrow

I get a pinch on my left or right side. Sometimes I have to bend over from the pain for just a minute but usually its just a little pinch. This morning tho I had to bend over from cramping and not sure if it was O or what that was????

I have a hard time telling the difference too but I usally know because it is usually in my side and lower back and is usually continued on from AF. Hope this helps!!
