4weeks3days- previous ectopic, hcg levels

Hey ladies so as you can see I'm currently about 4weeks 2-3days pregnant. My last pregnancy was an ectopic so as you can imagine I've been quite anxious this prgnancy but I actually had a good feeling this time. Last night I woke up with terrible one sided pains. They only lasted about 5 mins and I do have a dodgy tummy just now so maybe just that, but when I told the early pregnancy unit nurses they had me come in for bloods. My hcg today at 17dpo is 830. Does this sound ok?? I'm worried its low. Xxx

That's a great number. Mine at 15dpo was 202 so double that, your levels are far in front of were mine would have been.

Hey Dollybird,

Sorry to hear about the ectopic. However, congrats on your BFP!
I think I'm about 3 to 4 weeks and will be going in for a scan in a few weeks.

I'm not 100% sure about the blood work & hcg levels.
Try not to worry too much

Your HCG is actually higher than average for 17 DPO according to a chart I read.

had my 1st round of ivf.. had 2 embryos transferred on 17th.. how far are u?

I'm actually a bit further on than my ticker says- 13+5. Had my twelve week scan last week wat a relief. Wow thts amazing I hope they are lovely and sticky for you!! xxx

Dolly congrats on your BFP. I am glad to see you have made it past the dreaded 12 week mark. I am also pregnant after experiencing an ectopic last February. Oddly enough my baby is due 6 days before the anniversary. I am so thankful for her pending arrival. Have a wonderful pregnancy and I hope you do well!

Hi There,

I have just suffered from an ectopic pregnancy and at that stage my bloods were really low 155 then only rose to 302 then 360 then started to come down. I think your bloods seem a good level as they said that mine should have been about that and should have been rising much more than they were. Good luck I hope everything works out for you. Did you have to get the drugs after your ectopic or surgery? I'm back today at the hospital for bloods and might need the drugs but they think I might be lucky and misscarrying it on my own. I really hope I am to avoid the drugs as you can't try again for 3 months
