5 DPO - feel like heartburn but no burning?

Warning - Gross! My drive into work this morning I felt like there was vomit coming up my throat and staying there. Mixed with slight nausea but no burning. What is this? I thought acid reflux was burning. Maybe indigestion? Its been an hour and sort of getting worse and I'm not sure what to label it as..

I would still describe that as acid reflux and indigestion. I have it regularly so I can't class it as a symptom for me.

Yeah that's what I'll write and just note there was no burning. This is definitely a new symptom for me so hopefully its a good sign!
