5 dpo symptom spotting!! Anyone need a waiting buddy? :D

Our bodies are so confusing aren't they! I am 33 in November, so just past 28 when I came off the pill and started trying for #1. It took a few good months just to get AF back and then 7 months before my bfp. I tried using opk's but they always seemed + so I was too confused and stopped trying them. The month I got pregnant i had no idea where I was in my cycle as I decided to not bother anymore! My 2nd was a planned surprise! We decided to try but knowing how long it took we were shocked the next month when I got a bfp! Our third pregnancy we again got pregnant straight away, but sadly miscarried. So technically been ttc #3 for a year this month, but 9 months after our loss, which is the longest time for me! This month is the first time I used opk's again(and only one +), preseed, and Bbt. Would love to get my bfp soon, would mean that I will have been pregnant 4 of my last 5 birthdays!

That is weird about your ewcm! Have you taken an opk again just to make sure? It is possible it could be an estrogen surge because of implantation? I guess your temps tomorrow will let you know more. I hate this tww!

Yes, I live in the US I have been to England once while I was in college and loved it there! I am very sorry for your loss. I hope #3 comes soon for you - how fun to be pregnant on your birthday!

Well today my temp was back up above the coverline by .2, and I took an OPK yesterday and it was hugely negative - barely any test line at all. Took an HPT this AM bc like I said, I'm like that Of course it was negative, I would have been SHOCKED if it was anything else!

I am really hoping this weekend gets me some sustained high temps, and like you I am thankfully busy so it will keep my mind off of testing!!

Well temps are still going up so hope it isn't giving me false hope! Since this is the first month I don't know what is normal! Been super busy this weekend so it is helping keep my mind off things. Sorry for your negative tests! Still early...

I'm actually American, but my dh is from Liverpool so have lived here almost 10 years! I do love it, but sometimes I miss the states!

Well my temps are going down, and FF has taken away my cross hairs.it's frustrating because I thought I had ovulated this time, but it looks like I still haven't ovulated since my last depo shot last October. I feel pretty down, it's so discouraging to have your body bout do what it's "supposed" to do. Plus it makes me wonder if all my things I've been feeling were just in my head or what. I do think my body is slowly getting back to normal, I've been more emotional and crampy which I really haven't been at all for years. So I'm trying to think positively and that it'll happen soon. Dr probably in Jan if I'm still not ovulating.

Mauiaddict I was on depo for four years I came off it august 2009 didn't get my periods back till April 2010 and then I fell pregnant in October 2010 unfortunately that pregnancy ended with a stillbirth I dnt blame the depo tho I jst think it takes a long time for our bodies to recover after it, if I knew it was Gunna mess up my body that much I would never have went on it....I defo wnt be using it ever again!!! X

No symptoms for me (that i've noticed) and I don't temp- so just a case of waiting until test day/AF gets me. Not feeling positive but I am feeling hopeful.

I started spotting! My temps are still well above coverline and I have lost my appetite and have heartburn, but I don't like that I'm spotting.

I'm glad your temps have stayed up though! FXd for you and that teh spotting isn't turning into AF...

I think spotting is the worst for me, as I did have Ib with my 3rd pregnancy, so I see it as a bad thing regardless! Also. After my mc I have a had spotting for about 5 days before af almost every cycle. I have never done my temps though, and the fact I had another rise just confuses me even more. Oh the stress of trying for a baby!

Have you seen your Dr about your symptoms? Sounds very strange being light headed and spotting, that sounds like what happens when your pregnant, not when you aren't ovulating. Hope you figure it all out!

Your continued rise sounds REALLY good to me. Have you tested at all yet? I haven't seen Dr yet. My temps are way high this AM but it's probably due to me having a few drinks last night bc I was feeling sorry for myself Assuming I get AF soon, my plan is just to really work on getting healthy and cut out any drinking so that my temps won't be affected by that at all. I figure before I go spend $ on a dr checking things out or prescribing stuff, I ought to do the most *I* can do first.

I did take an HPT just in case today and BFN. I am ordering some ICs today (have been using $ store but don't want them to even cost a $ anymore!) so if AF stays away i'll keep it up every few days just in case. I still think I might have o'd when FF originally said I did - I just hope I'm not giving myself all kinds of false hope... I never did get a + opk so I really might be deluding myself.

Sorry your test was a bfn! I hope you find out what is going on soon! As for not getting a +opk yet, I would have missed mine if only by chance decided to test again about 4 hours after an earlier negative! All my tests surrounding my + were very - only the test line! So if your temps suggest a possible temp rise then you still may have. Have you read "taking charge of your fertility"? She doesn't even like opk's! Good luck!

I haven't taken a hpt yet because I'm staying at my in-laws until tomorrow and I have a whole ton of ic's at home, so refuse to buy a test up here! I should hopefully be testing weds! I still have a bit of very light spotting, and lower back ache, I guess if my temps do start to drop it isn't Ib! Until then I will try to relax! Easier said then done though! Still have loads of symptoms and don't feel like af is about to start. So fingers crossed!

I'm out officially, AF came today. I am actually pretty happy bc 37 days is my shortest cycle yet, and I am going to start using soy to try and jump start some ovulating!

Well I tested this evening (a day early) on a supermarket test and got a positive straight away (within 30 seconds). Was really excited but then someone told me that if it was a blue dye test then I shouldn't trust it- so don't know what to think now!? Have gone from excitement to limbo!
Just had a pint of squash and I'm going to leave it a few hours and then test on my digi. DH away so was going to wait until he got back tomorrow night to use it but need to know now- can always buy another one so that we can 'share' the news together.

I used blue dye with my second and it came up straight away too, so it is most likely your bfp! congrats! If you are concerned you can get a pink dye, but i'm sure it will be the same bfp! Hope you have a healthy and happy 9 months!

Well a pink test and a clearblue digi later and we're definitely pregnant. In shock but very excited. Good luck ladies.
