Hi Hun, moved this thread in here where you might get some more experienced answers.

Good luck.

everyone seems to feel movements at different times. I was lucky and felt m,ine at about 16 or 17 weeks faintly then stronger kicks form week 19. But thats just me, there have been girls here who havent felt much till 21 or 23 weeks. I wouldnt worry if all was OK on the scan. xx

a tutorial on how B&B works? ....well, just look about all the different forums using the links at the top of the page.. and post and reply. you'll pick it up in no time.

Hi Orla, I feel exactly the same as you, I'm almost 21 weeks and still barely feeling any movement. Had my 20 week scan last week and everything was fine then too, but was hoping to be feeling kicks by now as I have felt the butterfly feeling since about 17 weeks. I have a home doppler which is very reassuring as i can hear baby heartbeat and movements with this but cant wait for those kicks to come alomg :hissy:

i have one of those home heart beat sensors too
there really good, but you have to listen hard for the sound of the heart beat!
or move it around....they`ve kept me sane from worrying at times!!

i'm just over 22 weeks and have only really started feeling flutters. everyone & every baby is different, just dont panic about it and it will happen when it happens.
hugs x

Baby's movements and the feeling of them varies from woman to woman. It could be that you are feeling movements too, but not recognizing them and may think they are something else.

It will happen soon honey! :hugs:

Everyone kept asking me if I had felt any movements around the 20th week. I hadn't and I didn't get my first proper kick until I was about 23/24 weeks along. I never understood why, because we saw her moving around so much at the 20 week scan and I'm not a big person at all (only weighed 122lbs prepregnancy). There was nothing wrong with her or anything. We finally realized that she was pretty lazy. Haha...she was content on not moving much, boy has that changed now. So...it really just depends hun on how in touch you are with your body and your LO. She could have her back to you and be kicking your inside and you not feel it or your placenta could be right in line with your stomach and she could be kicking that and that could be acting like a cushion to her kicks. There are a million things, so I really wouldn't worry too much until you are about 25/26 weeks. If you haven't felt anything, I'd talk to your doctor or midwife about it. My LO moves all, I mean ALL, the time now..so just wait, your LO will start moving too!

i was about 20 weeks when i felt kicks
i was 15 weeks roughly when i occasionly felt little flutters.

i wouldnt worry to much hun in a few weeks time ull soon be asking them to stop kicking u in the ribs xxx

hello i'm just over 20weeks and i feel baby alot of i have only started feeling it in the last few weeks b4 i couldnt tell, if the scan showed everything was ok then i'm guessing it is, you might not feel baby for a weeks or so yet but u will soon

Dont worry before long your LO will be driving you mad with movement & you wont be able to remember not feeling him/her.

Hi hun

Just to say same as everybody, dont worry, i have felt babs kick but only occasionally, usually when i lie down in the evening, but as this is my fourth they say you feel them more cos you know what the kicks feel like.

If the scans are ok they have faith, she/he will kick soon.

sarah

I've felt my LO Joseph kicking since week 16, but it was on and off.. occasionally he wouldn't kick for days, now it's more moving around than kicking. Every baby is different, some are lazy some are active, also depends on what you eat. Some people feel their LO's from 15 weeks some don't feel them till 24 weeks.
