5 week symptoms!

I know a lot of my symptoms are normal, the peeing all the time, the cramps and occasional twinges. But for the last day I have been having a weird sensation in my right arm that is more irritating than painful. Goes from the shoulder to the wrist but feels most at the elbow and wrist joints. I cannot find anything else on this. Has this happened to anyone else?
