Thanks everyone! I'm having some twinges and little cramps in my ovaries, mainly on the right. I assume that is normal. Also, should I let my RE know I got a bfp or just wait until my beta on Friday?

Cramps are normal for me, I have had varying degrees of cramping with each baby.
I think I would let them know before Friday, but do whatever you're happiest with.

Yea! Congrats! Cramping in the beginning can be totally normal. Some have it and some don't. I didn't with either pregnancy but my cousin had it bad.
