Hi Ladies! Its 5dpo and Im feeling twinges in my lower abdomen. Is this a positive sign of pregnancy? I need your help ladies! This is our cycle TTC. I was on Fermara day 3-7. Horrible ovulation cramps. Very postivie OPK. I need a cycle buddies! Thanks!
