5dpo very sore

hi ladies sorry to be a bore but i dont think i have ovulated in the last 5 years untill now,

i;m 5dpo and have really bad pains on the right which was the side of the folical, i'm so tired and hungry,

is this just normal?

do you think i have a chance or do you think i have not ovulated and its a cyst bursting, although i think that would be really pain full,and my temp is really shot up last 5 days

any advice

I think it sounds like you definitely ovulated. I get that pain everytime, so good luck!
