5weels4days bleeding everyday anyone else?

im so confused, I’m 5w4d and bleeding everyday no pain and it’s definitely worse in the evenings. HCG levels are great and had a scan yesterday even though sonographer said she couldn’t see much she could see everything looking as it should this far along. Has anyone else experienced consistent bleeding throughout and everything been okay? It’s been like this for a week and a half now
