Just found out im pregnant on Saturday 9/2 with my first baby ( first pregnancy). Im not sure what to expect.

So far my symptoms:
Feeling exhausted
Feeling "wet" down there
Gassy
Bloated
Bbs sore...nipples really sore
Dizzy once in a while
Slight cramps (like 2/3 short twinges a day)

Not worried about anything else except the cramping...is this normal? Whens the best time to go to the doc? I know some doc wont see a patient til 8wks or so.

Cramping is normal. In the last day or two I've started having achey type cramps off and on. Nipples are starting to get sore. Tired. Acne. Today I felt a little queasy if I haven't eaten anything in a couple hours.
