6 DPO Please help

So here I am 6DPO and I started taking the Wondfo PT... This morning I swear I see a Very Very faint line. My concern is that I was just in the ER on the 1st and they drew my blood and it was neg. On the papers they gave me; it basically says
HCG 0-10 Neg
and I'm assuming that it means that anything under 10 is considered a neg!
Then there's the fact that they seen a Adnexal cyst in my left ovary and free fluid in my pelvis on the u/s.. OMG so mush to take in.. Anyway is there anyway that the Wondfo could have picked up something by now, or am I out this month because of the cyst they found?
