Is this something I need to be worried about? The ultrasound tech said everything looked wonderful but couldn't see a heartbeat since its measuring early.
Is this ok? Or should I be worried??
I'm interested in this answer too. I'm 8 weeks 4 days today based on LMP, but my midwife thinks the baby looks more like 5 to 6 weeks. I have an appointment to see the specialist for testing, but it is not until May 1st.
I was just really hoping I'd see something today, but let me down. Even though I'm super happy that she said everything looked wonderful and might of had my days wrong. I wish they would of moved me up a week instead of took one away!

Maybe they will next week! Seems to be a common enough occurrence - take one week back, then 2 weeks forward.
Is that the truth?? I sure hope so! So how far along am I supposed to tell people I am now?? What I thought was or what they read it as?

I don't think you should worry, because transvaginal ultrasounds can only measure with +/- 1 week accuracy. (Transvaginal ultrasounds show more clearly than abdominal scans.)
Plus, as others have said, you may have ovulated later. Also, you may have implanted later.
Similar thing happened with me, so my doc brought me in for another u/s the following week. We saw the heartbeat then. Do you have another appt scheduled?

Could you have ovulated late? When did you get your bfp? That's terrible that you have to wait a month to get another check up.
