6 week scan

UhI had a transvaginal scan and measure 5+6. Can anyone give it a guess? I've tried the Ramzi theory but some people say it needs to be flipped as it's TV and some say it doesn't because it's TV. if I remember rightly with her looking at my ovaries, the way the scan looks is the right way. (when she looked at my right ovary, the scan also went right, if that makes sense)
