7 week scan question

Hi there just wondering if anyone else can see what use on this scan picture, the sonographer had zoomed right in so what u can see is a baby ( the white area with the arrow going across it) an the yolk sac underneath it , can you see the other white part to he left ? Any idea what that is? Xxx

Most likely just tissue of your uterus etc. that would be my guess congrats!
