I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I feel full after only a small meal - and it lasts for several hours after that. Does anybody else have this? It's really uncomfortable and I'm starting to worry that it's not pregnancy related.

I'm feeling the same as I eat right now. Does your stomach feel upset mine does and I'm pretty sure that's why I feel that way. I'm really hungry but it had to be something I really want to eat. My tummy is just super picky right now :)

Are you bloated chick? I have the same problem, because I'm swollen like a balloon!

Ugh, me too! I have nausea and heartburn, which are made worse by the fact that I feel full after only eating a bit. And I'm also super picky...can't stomach chicken in any way, or stuff I used to love to eat...mainly loving Wendy's chili. lol

I was just going to post this! Im 6 wks 5 days and I ate 5 grapes and a few sips of water and felt full even though Im probably not.Im not too bloated but very few things taste good right now

I think it's a combination of bloating, and that your metabolism slows down when pregnant. Maybe try eating small meals more frequently so you are getting enough nutrition?

Thank you all for replying. I think it's not bloat, just my stomach is upset. I'll try eating several smaller meals and see if that helps.

i get so hungry and then i take a few bites and feel full like i don't want to eat anything. It's so bad. A few weeks ago i was upset because i wasn't feeling any signs but now i take that back! My sore bbs have come back too even worse!!
