7DPO with pains and little bleeding...

hey all to check my history clinic on my TTC journal at the bottom in my signature, but we've been TTC 4years almost now, and were meant to be getting IUI this cycle, but was cancelled becuse my biggest follicles were on my left side (where i have no tube) but i decided to keep an eye on things with OPK and got positive on CD14 & CD15 which is when i usually get it anyways from 4DPO my nipples started getting really tender and since then be getting worse and worse, now i can bearly wear clothes, today i have been having really bad pains near my left ovary and when i went to the toilet about 10mins ago i had a little bit of bleeding, not sure if i should worry or not, with the pains and the blood its really got me worried big time

anyone share any stories?

just worried because there was no eggs on the right side and i don't have my left tube...
