8 weeks and period belly ache??

Ive had 3 early scans one when i was around 5 weeks another 10 days later to check for heartbeat and then one a week ago as i had some bleeding..all is well but I keep getting a belly ache where i feel like im going to come on...is this normal I dont remember feleing this with my 3 girls xx

Yup, the cramping is normal. Also, I have a subchorionic bleed (the usual reason for bleeding during pregnancy) and the doctors to me that blood in the uterus is an irritant, and I'm most likely feeling cramps and dull aches due to that. And they were right. The times I bleed/spotted, I'd feel the cramps more.

Oh, and if I wasn't drinking enough water! Weird!

It's very normal. I had period like cramping on and off for weeks. It's just the uterus growing and stretching making room for baby.
