I've done it! Be warned, it took about 3 days for mine to dry afterwards 
You just undo ALL of the poppers, undo the velcro at the top, undo the straps on the seat part and the feet part then it should all be off.
There's also a metal frame inside the back that has to be removed before washing. To get that out, you just undo the velcro at the back where the draw string bit is.. and voila!
There's a PDF of the instructions on google, that might help more than me
