A big HELLO to everyone!! 
My name is Sarah and I am a mummy to George who is now 6 months old.
Me and my husband started trying for a baby after 11 months of being married. Had an Implant in for 2 years which was removed in August 07 and to my excitement had a positive test in september 07!
Only have 5 weeks left of maternity leave, then its back to work for 2 and a half days!!
