A different kind of cramp

So I have been cramping on and off since my bfp all those weeks ago.

But the last two days the cramping has been going on and off several times a day. It's a lot stronger, like painful period pain and goes off after 5 minutes. This must have happened 5 -6 times today

It just feels different to the other cramping I've been getting

I have no bleeding or spotting, so just want some reassurance that all of you who have cramping can describe it as coming on, lasting 5 mins, then going

I've been cramping on and off since my bfp 2 wkd ago but it's perfectly normal..just stretching and getting ready for baby

I have had the same cramping hun. I was worried but everyone has assured me that it is normal streching to be roomy for the baby in there!
