A little help- with ultrasound? 8 weeks!

So I was unfortunate enough to get an ultrasound tech this time that barely showed me the baby, didn't explain what I was seeing and gave me a picture that, well I don't know what I'm looking at. I was sad because this is my last pregnancy and all the other ones they talked me through and made it enjoyable. She was so cold and it was sucky. She kept talking. Out twins too, which was weird. But said I was having one. Anyways can any of you decipher what is what in this sonogram? I'm so happy and blessed to be pregnant again- I just want to savor every moment!
