A question about kegels / pelvic floor exercises..

Hi Ladies

I am trying to be good and do my Kegels/PFE a couple of times each day :thumbup:

I am pretty sure I have the 'hold and release' technique right- not that there seems a definite way of checking :shrug: - but I wanted to know how long you 'hold' for and whether you 'release' slowly or by letting go all at once.

Sorry to be graphic, but I can't seem to find an answer online

well this is something ive never discussed lol so ive no idea if i do it right but i start off doing a set set of ten "holding" for 15 secs releasing as slow as possible but that never lasts long i end up releasing quickly after the first few lol. Then i do another set of ten "holding" for ten secs then a set for five secs. I do this in the morning and again at night sitting watching tv and sometimes randomly throughout the day xxx
 
I hold for 10 seconds and release but never even thought about releasing slow/fast, mine is always fast :haha:
