Hi Ladies
I am trying to be good and do my Kegels/PFE a couple of times each day
I am pretty sure I have the 'hold and release' technique right- not that there seems a definite way of checking - but I wanted to know how long you 'hold' for and whether you 'release' slowly or by letting go all at once.
Sorry to be graphic, but I can't seem to find an answer online
