So I got a extremely positive opk yesterday and had a intense ovulating cramp last night...I am still nursing and haven't had a period yet...was I likely ovulating?? Was my body asking as if it was and there wasn't a egg?? I did do a opk earlier and it was a lot lighter then yesterday not positive at all...any thoughts...

It could have been a short surge? Or you could caught your surge at the end of it. Also,What time of day did you test?
