A unique idea to help with my sanity

I'm sitting here watching show after show of pregnancy related topics LOL and I was struck with inspiration!

2 years ago for Christmas my Mom bought me a very pretty journal that I was going to use after my other journal ran out of pages. But I still haven't filled that one yet.

I'm sitting in the 2ww and I thought to myself how I don't really have anyone to talk to about all this obsessing in my head (well, except for all of you lovely ladies!)

TO GET TO THE POINT...I have used my mom's journal to create a diary to my future unknown child. I plan on maybe writing down some ideas about looking forward to TTC (though nothing too naughty for my kid to read later lol!), and when I do finally conceive, I will be writing notes down about how my pregnancy is progressing and after that keeping track of milestones in baby's life. I know they have scrapbooks for this but I think a journal will be something a little more personal--something I can pass on to him/her when they are really old enough to truly appreciate it.

I wrote in a diary briefly when I miscarried in march, I need to add an entry actually. I know it's daft... But it really helped to write everything down

I'm going to see if I can get a really pretty journal at the super Market. Asda is pretty good with things like that lol

Lol! Yeah, i wish I had a more gender-neutral diary but it's pretty girly lol! Oh well.

Yeah we are not actively trying but (and i'm not super religious, but) it would just be a sign straight from God if we conceived this month. It would have happened just a couple days after my 91 year old Grandfather passed away. Oddly enough, my soon to be sister-in-law just got married on Oct. 30th, which was my Grandparent's wedding anniversary (would have be 62 years!).

It would just be absolutely crazy to have things turn out that way, and certainly be a blessing.

Fingers crossed over here! (and yes, i'll be writing all the above down in that journal if that's what happens!)

It's our version of walmart lol... Actually, I think walmart owns the Asda line here haha.
