AAAARGH hairloss!!

My hair is moulting as i put it lol
not so much as leaving me with bald patches but theres loads when i brush my hair, i wash and condition with a mild shampoo and conditioner. is there anything else i can do?
i dont want all my hair to fall out

Do you have thick hair hun? as some shedding is normal. But one thing to do is get a natural bristle brush and give it a good brush once a day with this(50 vigorous(sp) strokes) You should notice your hair gets stronger and sheds less over a time.

its quite thick at the back but fine at the front,
