I take them.... they really do make you a bit less hungry... I got them from walmart. But you gotta diet too, you cant just take them and expect it to work. Good luck
I take a drink called Levive and it really works. It has the Acai berry plu four other powerful antioxidants. I agree with Cynthiak. You still have to exercise though. Good Luck.
