Account deactivated

Good afternoon!

My regular account (username mauiaddict) was deactivated! When I try to sign in I get a message saying it's deactivated due to it being linked to two other accounts or something?? I only had the one account so can this be fixed? I had to create this one using another email address so I can try to get this fixed! I did use the "Help" link at the top but haven't heard back. Thanks!
