adding a meal

how long did you wait before adding another meal?

when you started weaning did you wait one or two weeks before adding second and third meal?
can anyone help?

I really can't remember. I know I started weaning at 18 weeks and he wasnt on 3 meals until well into 6 months so was a gradual process for us cus I didn't want him cutting down his milk intake at that age

To be honest my LO took to eating straight away, so I introduced a second meal within a couple of days and he was on 3 meals a day within a week.

mine was on three meals after a couple of days but that was on gp advice...
