Adding a Smiley?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but I was just looking through all the smileys and there are some great ones and I was wondering if it would be possible to add a Panic smiley? for when people are panicking about something like how soon the baby will be here, needing to get something done etc I think a lot of people would use it, i know i would!!
