Adhesion removal surgery

Hi everyone,
I am curious to know has anyone conceived after adhesion removal surgery naturally without having to go through with IVF or and IUI?

I did, but both pregnancies ended in miscarriage. I am now pregnant with IVF (still very early). Don't think my problem is from the adhesions as everyone says I have a "beautiful" uterus.

I had it done in June this is my second TTC cycle, I'm 3 days late with a possibly BFP two days ago but I'm waiting til' tomorrow to test and testing with a frer! My scarring was really bad and they were only able to remove some!

I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriages. But I know you are excited to finally have gotten your BFP. I wish you tons of luck with this pregnancy.

I didnt buy any test yesterday so I didn't test today, but if still nothing tomorrow I will buy a frer!

I just had endo and adhesions removed 1 week ago tomorrow.

Will keep you posted.

Some of my friends who had adhesions removed (varied from stage 2-3 endometriosis) got pregnant within 6 months naturally. Others had a little push from some medications only (no procedures).

Talk to my doc today and she explained why in my cause the lap wasn't the fix. I have scarring on the outside of my tube's where is stopping my egg's from traveling down where they need to go! So in a year we plan IVF which she said will work because I'm otherwise so fertile its just the pathway is able to make it happen!
