Advice - HypnoBirthing and Induction - Can it work??

Due to problems with my Blood pressure it looks like im getting induced early around 37-38 weeks (if not before unless my BP behaves)

Can Hypnobirthing work with inductions??

Anyone had any expierience with them both ??

i'm no expert but hypnobirthing can be used in any scenario even c sections so i'd say defo with induction.

how you getting on with the book, ive got the rainbow relaxation track thats in the book, be right up your street i reckon xx

Hi - I was induced with DS and used Natal Hypnotherapy techniques whilst I was experiencing contractions - it really helped to keep me focussed and calm - I would recommend it
