Advice Needed for doc visit

Hi everyone, Okay brief history - Me - 37, DH - 38, daughter is 15, MC at 15 weeks in july 2009, MC at 7 weeks in june 2010. Been trying ever since, had visit to doc last year and he reffered us to a fertility man, he sent us back to GP saying our GP was wasting his time and we should come back if we have a 3rd MC. We went away and started doing OPKs, temping etc etc, stopped all that in January as the stress is too much. Saw GP 4/5 weeks ago as have had low cramping on and off since January, he said because of my history I shouldn't worry and I should just go away and be more patient. I am going back today to see a different doctor and really want some advice on what to ask, tell them.

DH finally broke down last night (he has been very strong and supportive) and said it is getting on top of him and he is worried we will never get our BFP.
