I put on 2.5 stone whilst pregnant, LO is now 7mo and by some miracle (I've been so fortunate) I'm now 0.5 stone lighter than when I conceived! I'm guessing its a combination of breastfeeding, being naturally petit, and running around after my LO, as I've done no dieting or exercise.
I'm happy with my general weight and size, but need to tone up some muscles that haven't been used in a while. My main concern though is this wobbly skin on my belly. My mum (who has had 3 children and is SO slim) is an exercise freak and used to have wobbly skin on her belly, but its now super smooth and flat, but she cant pin point a particular exercise that got rid of it.
Can anyone offer any suggestions? There must be something, other than surgery, to get rid?
