advice on temping

well girls ive got a 4month old and up 2 or 3 times a night with him when should i temp eg when i first wake for his bottle feed or when? i have been temping when dp takes him down at 6 i sleep for 4hrs then temp

Use the temp from when you have had the most sleep, it will be the most accurate one!

which is when dp takes little one downstairs at 6am for noddy etc bless him

I agree with WannaB, the 6am sounds like your best bet, especially since you said you get 4 hours of sleep beforehand. Just make sure the thermometer is right next to your bed and ready to go and that you have something to record the temp on as well. My thermo is supposed to have a memory for the last time but it's been reading 97.70 since I got the thing! Just ordered a new one that has a light and everything so hoping it works better for the next cycle!

Are you going to use Fertility Friend to track your temps? I use it every day (okay like 10 times a day!) and LOVE it!
