Advice on what Phillips avent teats please

Hi

My LO is 3 months and is on size 2 teats but recently she hasn't been finishing her bottles and I'm not sure if she is getting bored as she can't get it quick enough. When she starts the bottle she sucks so hard it squashes the teat, when this happened on the size 1's I changed to the 2's. I was going to buy size 3's but when I was looking I saw they do variflow, so my questions are...

Are variflow better than size 3?

If I buy variflow will I still eventually need to buy 4's too?

Are variflow only for thicker formula? (LO is on regular SMA)

I read somewhere Mam teats will fit are these better?

Aaahh so many questions help!!

I just went up the normal teat numbers - only "help" I can give - but I tend to get a bit of joy out of a nice shiny brand new set of teats making all my bottles look shiny and new again (well apart from where I've had to draw all the markings back on with a permanent marker cos they've worn off)

buy a pack of vari and medium... thats what i did... the medium are 3 holes and i tried the variflow only because doc gave her gaviscon and made the milk really thick as im using sma comfort aswell the variflow on the first indicator or 2nd was fine but when i stopped using the gaviscon(cos she got constipated) she got n ok with vari on first setting but she gets on better on medium as she was spluttering too much

mind you she did splutter on med at first but soon got used to it
