I'm confused...you had a scan, and they gave you an EDD of Feb 6th but also said baby was measuring 16 weeks...and your scan was at the end of September?
If that's right, something's seriously wrong there, I'd ring your midwife and ask it to be explained better. I'm due Feb 4th and I'm 23 weeks at the minute so was 21 weeks at the end of September, so if their dates are right, there's something to be worried about if baby was only measuring 16 weeks!
Have you been given your '20 week scan'? Not that it sounds like it'll be at 20 weeks...it definitely needs clarifying hun.
