Advice please ?

Am I thinking to much in to this? I just finished my period on sat bit since then I have had very sensitive boobs and a thumping headache. Not sure if I am imagining this as ttc is on my mind all the time at the moment . Could you have a period and still be pregnant? And when people say they just know when they are pregnant , how do they know ?

Sorry for blabbering but just about to finish a very long nightshift .
