FOB said i should be giving him money to buy things for LO when she is at his. I get income support as i am still at college, so is FOB he has a part time job but give me nothing for lily, i buy everything apart from food and nappies when she's at his. should i be giving him money for this? xx

u need to get the csa involved now.
they will make him give u money... he has to pay less if the lo stays over at his... but he has to provide for her when she's there.
if he doesn't then the courts will not allow her to stay over AND he'll have to pay more maintenance.
don't let him bully u hun... stand up to him!

Agree with Gemabee. As you have LO the majority of the time, he should be giving money to you. You might want to point out to the dickhead that he is baby's dad, not the babysitter, and as such, HE should be providing for baby when in AND OUT of his care.

He wouidnt have to pay anyting if I went through csa as hes in full time education. His family havent bought lo anything! Ive bought sterlisers bottles everything before we split!! Shes only just got a high chair there because someone gave them one! Xx
