Hi All
I've not posted on here before but I was wondering if any of you ladies had any advice you could offer up??
My baby girl is 21 weeks old and is exclusively breastfed. A couple of months ago she got herself into a routine of sleeping from 9-8.00am with 3 naps in the day, usually for an hour each.
Over the last couple of weeks she has been waking up through the night, usually around 5am but sometimes as early as 1am. Also, when i've been putting her down for her naps she's only been going down for about 5 minutes.
She's been a little bit fussy when trying to feed her as well, she'll pull off after about 30 seconds and will keep doing this for a while until eventually she feeds properly. Also on a night she would always feed to sleep and totally zonk out but at the moment she doesnt seem to be dropping off.
I am worried that maybe she's still hungry? Could this be a sign that she's needing to get some solids already?
Or the other niggle in my head is, I'm due on my period any day now, do any of you notice any change in your milk around your cycles?
Thanks so much for reading and any advice would be really appreciated.
xx
