Slightly worried, started new job in December. It's a new role for a small/medium sized company, at a senior level.
Really want to start trying but worried what work will think. Should I wait until they see that I'm good at my job and the new function is adding value before leaving for a baby?
It's a small company and they only just got the budget to take me on and I feel a bit bad and also want to leave for maternity on a good note so they are flexible when I return.
I would have thought about waiting for a year or so but I'm 33 and worried my clock is ticking.... anyone else been through this?
