AF after stopping Birth Control

Quick question my Dr put me on BC Yaz after my ectopic removal just for two months to help stimulate my ovaries once I am off the BC. I didnt really get much of an AF this month just light spotting her and there, this is the first month of the BC and I have never been on BC my whole life. I am wondering if I should go off the first day of spotting as my CD 1 or just hope it gets normal next month?

I'm still waiting on a first proper AF after coming off the pill in april. I've had 2 sets of very light spotting in between. I can't give you an answer, but I hope it comes soon!

Thanks Sparkle I think I am just gonna go off the day I spotted and hope it works we will see.

I was thinking of doing that and splitting this one so I had a 19 and then 24 day cycle...

AF can take a while to get bk to normal after BC pills i would ask ur doctor as first day of period is classed as full flow not spotting
