AF arrived and i am an emotional wreck

HI,

well 8 months TTC and AF arrives again . first month using CBFM, short LP (10 - or 11 days) depending on if i ovulated on the first or the second peak. I don't temp as always have disturbed sleep so would not be accurate.

took AC and EPO this cycle, but don't really understand what they should do, in fact i have been reading some scary stuff on them. My cycle was sliughtly shorter this time, but i don't know if it affected my LP.

I don't know how much more of this i can do... i know that sounds selfish as 8 months is not that long to be trying but i am so emotional today. I want a baby more than anything (as we all do here, i know!). but it seems for whatever reason it is not happening.

guess i just needed a rant

Didn't want to read and run but please know you are not alone in this and it's OK to feel gutted the way you do. I have heard from some ladies on her that EPO is NOT a helpful tool as it seems to really mess with there cycles.

So, in short, just know you are not alone and rant away!
